The methodology is based on <strong>Experiential Learning<\/strong>, with a balance between theory and practice (initially 50\/50, then 25% theory and 75% practice from the third year). <strong>Starting from the 4th year, lessons are developed with a focus on maintenance and adapted to the specific needs of the client, both in terms of content and difficulty level.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Thematic Areas per Year:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Year 1:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lesson 1: Basics of CNS, PNS, ANS functioning in combat (4h).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lesson 2: Knowing and accepting oneself and others. Mentalization and assertive communication.
