ACO – Increased Operational Capabilities: Three-Year Training Program for Local Police
TTC – Tactical Training Company is dedicated to “Empowering Local Law Enforcement for a Safer Community.” The ACO (Increased Operational Capabilities) program is an intensive three-year training course (ACO/3Y) specifically designed for Local Police officers.
Key Course Objectives:
The ACO program aims to develop essential competencies through an approach that combines intensive theory and practice:
- Conflict Management: Learn principles of effective communication, negotiation, and de-escalation psychology to handle complex situations.
