Specific examples for the public Law Enforcement sector:

Consultancy in defining a training course to improve the communication skills of operators towards potentially hostile subjects and the public, to reduce episodes of violence and encourage deescalation practices. For example, we offer courses in effective communication, anger and emotion management, and negotiation techniques to help operators handle potentially dangerous situations more effectively and safely.

Study of operative and psycho-emotive techniques and tactics to resolve conflicts without the use of violence. For example, we offer training on the use of force, people control techniques and deflection of aggression to help operators handle conflict situations more effectively avoiding the conflict escalation.

Training in the use of weapons and operational equipment. We offer training on the use of firearms, safety maneuvers and survival in crisis situations. In addition, we offer training for the use of operational equipment such as shields, handcuffs, non-lethal weapons and other tools used by law enforcement.

First aid training in case of blunt or penetrating injuries. We offer training on how to handle knife, bullet, machete and other blade injuries, head trauma and other injuries that can be caused by blunt or penetrating objects. Operators learn how to stabilize the victim, prevent complications and safely transport the victim.

We offer support in defining tools and devices for crisis management and emergency procedures, and we also develop specific scenarios to test their effectiveness. Additionally, we provide consultation on how to alert law enforcement, identify risk factors in the operational scene, identify potential dangerous subjects, identify signs of drug or alcohol use based on subject behavior, manage distances, implement emergency plans to protect customers, isolate threats, reduce the risk of escalation, capability to intervene in case of injuries, use of dedicated tools for containing violent subjects, and use of dialogue to understand and manage the subject.
